When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, project type, project location, and whatever you write in the message field. We use it to respond to your inquiry and to scope the work you’re asking about. We keep this correspondence as part of our normal business records.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information with each request, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages visited. This is used to operate and secure the site.
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site. Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend. Our contact form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at info@americanterrainsolutions.com and we’ll take care of it.
